Hotel Indigo LOS ANGELES DOWNTOWN, an IHG Hotel

Loved my stay here really quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely would stay here again 10/10.

Hotel was in a good location with shopping and dining close by.

The room wasn’t entirely clean and a bit run down. We also got surprised with several fees. Location is decent and the staff was particularly attentive outside of a check in text.

I went for the jhope concert, prices were reasonable, and staff was super friendly, I'm deffinitly would book again here if needed

Average hotel, pictures look deceiving property was not as clean as I would have liked it to be and the parking was super expensive

I really enjoyed the size of the rooms. I was in DTLA for 5 nights and I never felt cramped or closed in. Bathrooms were updated, the only improvement I’d like to see is the room furniture. Maybe an update to something more modern, but definitely a more comfortable chair. The lounger was comfortable, but worn. Everyone was friendly and you are walking distance to LA Live and most downtown events. I would stay there again at the right rate.

I loved the decor and lighting of my room. It was stylish, fun, and comfortable. The bed was dreamy, the sheets, pillows, and mattress were heaven. The sofa/loveseat and table for working or eating were cozy and useful for me. The bathroom design was very modern and jazzy. I appreciated the large counter space and mirror to spread out my toiletries. The hotel staff was friendly and gracious. I was most impressed by the restaurant on the ground floor, which was excellent for dinner, particularly after a long day at the LA Convention Center. The hotel location was a very short walk to my conference but near a freeway exit and a very busy street. Starbucks next to the hotel was useful.

Near the concert, clean, safe and great customer service

We had a great stay at hotel indigo, we tried to upgrade room and wanted an interconnecting as travelling with kids but that didn’t happen. The rooms were a little run down but beds were really comfortable, bathrooms great we had a great time. Felt very safe and it was close to so many things.

The A/C was not working in the room. $60 valet parking per night is overpriced. Breakfast ended at 11am. And i arrived 11:15am. They told me i had to wait 45min for Lunch menu that started at 12pm. The bar had no mexican beers in stock. Their draft beer (Stone) was out aswell. Very limited options.

Fantastic stay. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Bed is comfy. Room service is pricey but delicious. Love the ambience and care that is put into this hotel. I love staying here anytime I’m in the area. It’s walking distance to the peacock theater which is a plus as well.
